Yes, absolutely. After you purchase the gift certificate, you will get an Order Receipt email sent to you with a link to the digital gift certificate.

When you open the email, click "View Certificate". You will then have the option to schedule yourself if you purchased it for yourself, print the certificate, or email it to the person you are gifting the package to.

Remember not to email it to them until you are ready for them to “open” their gift!

Not until the code on the certificate is first entered into the website by the recipient, so you’ll want to be careful in giving the Gift Package to the right person after purchase.

There are no names attached to the gift certificates after you purchase the Gift Package. So, treat the gift certificate (whether digital or physical copy) like cash. Only forward the digital copy to the person you are gifting to. Or, if you are gifting the physical copy, only print one copy and give that to the person you are gifting the package to.

All booking instructions, whether digitally or physically provided, will be clearly indicated on the gift certificate so the lucky person receiving your gift will have nice clear instructions on what steps to take to easily book and enjoy their treatment.

You are now ready to book your first session by selecting the specific service in the appropriate category based on what is available in your Gift Certificate. Physical Copy Redemption: If you are printing this certificate or have received this certificate in print form, in order to redeem your Gift Certificate, please head to www.silhouettesolutionsyeg.com and click on the “Book Now” button at the very top-right of the website. This will take you to the main Choose Appointment section of our booking area. Next, click on the “Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate” button close to the top of the category rows and input the code shown beside “Your Certificate Code:” on your paper copy of the Gift Certificate, and then click the “Apply” button. You are now ready to book your first session by selecting the specific service in the appropriate category based on what is available in your Gift Certificate. Please note that all service types are available to book at their regular price, except the service(s) listed in your Gift Certificate, which should be listed as $0.00.

We are unable to offer refunds on Gift Certificate purchases. Because the gift certificate codes are created and issued immediately upon purchase, there is no way to refund them as we are unable to control when someone receives the code digitally or physically and uses the certificate code in the future.
